Finally, this effort is feeling conclusive, which I hoped for from the outset 2+ yrs ago. With the discovery of the socialist emergence from the "Jewish settlements in the Pale," the pure negativity of academic oligarchy the possibility of scientific rehabilitation in an aboriginal context. Cultural "fleshing" will continue with reprints of currently-relevant recently-historical experiences, often gangster, while "the Pale" experience is solidified upto present revolutionary efforts. The hope is to create a hinge with which to restore revolution as evolution after the excessively long period of oligarchic occupation -since 500BC.

Then, probably, the entire blog will be consolidated and "put to rest" with the first wikified writing about the occupy dialectic two years ago.

Why the American Left failed: The hippies were aboriginal, the "movement" was synthetic-heglian

Discussion w/ NYC anarchist Kurt Hill shows that the Yippies(!) used Hegel's thesis-antithesis-synthesis to mash three non-compatible systems: anarchy, socialism, and anarchy.  Further, the Yippies branded this synthesis as aborgional participatory democracy, such as Lower East Side anarchist Emma Goldman modeled, and humanistic sociologist Ruth Benedict derived from successfully-surviving turtle-back (North American)  aboriginal tribes (Indians).

This false-branding of the radical synthesis  is an example of the Socratic Method, which suggests that the Yippie(!) organizers simply took the oligarchic philosophy of their professors and pushed it into
the minds of the aboriginal-leaning hippies--with the help of drugs, especially LSD!

This picture shows Abbie Hoffman at a Yippie meeting at Studio 10, #10 Bleecker Street, NYC.  The Yippie HQ, #9 Bleecker, is about to be closed for the benefit of real estate interests by the city government.  As it happens, the final Yippie leader, 60+ yr old Dana Beal, will soon be released from prison on (voluminous) marijuana charges. Time will tell if he can stay "clean."

The FaceBook group where this conversation comes from promotes Dana Beal's release and attempted to save the Yippie(!) HQ, #9 Bleecker.  Most of the current actors are unfamiliar to me, but not the principles, whom I know very well.  The group experiences excessive censorship (while complaining about government repression) suggesting a neo-platonic base, which fits the hegelian synthesis.  We suddenly find neo-platonism everywhere, especially in the Christian shift from the "living Christ" of the gospel to the ritualized "Holy Trinity" of Constantine's Nicene (that sounds to critics like cannibalism).  More important to this group is neo-platonism in Judaism, as the core of this group is Jewish-descent and follows or parallels many influential Leftist American Jews such as Emma Goldman and the Rosenbergs.  A question I have, "is neo-platonism the direction of the Reformed Jew?"  This may explain Jewish success in the New World, as Jews have so successfully leveraged academic education such as in law, medicine, and civil service to become the dominant culture of NYC, and with it, the NYC underground.  Plato, of course, cemented his and Socrates' Academy as the Western Civilization information system.  If so, then the censorship is easily explainable: Plato invented it.

  • Kurt Hill I remember that conference at Studio 10. We were all stoned on weed. This was a year or two before Lorna Bivins took over the building and turned it into a co-op.
  • John Bessa hi kurt -- family man now!! jiust had a little canadian, smart as, well, smart -- you doin good? here she is being blessed by a maliseet elder https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=4689652893876&set=a.3377245284506.114338.1670585917&type=1&theater
  • Kurt Hill Hanging in there, still doing the community organizing thing, saving people from being evicted, etc. About as well as can be expected in a country that is going, bit by bit, fascist.
  • John Bessa ironically, where I am in canada, there are NO tenants rights or other victim protection-- literally but there is medical support including psychological so things seem to turn out better even though welfare is low too, not sure why
  • John Bessa by the way, it is my "theory" that it has been fascist all along, since 500 BC with plato's republic and the socratic method, which means that the revolution has been a mistake because it is based on civilization when we should be going back to the ori...See More

  • Kurt Hill Hmmm, I see your point but I'm not sure if I agree with all you wrote. The early Yippies were anarchists, not aboriginals. Tribal and communal, yes, but politically anarcho-socialist/communist. Fascism to me is more than authoritarianism; it's a product of modern, industrial society, a fusion of capitalism with the state.
  • John Bessa yeah, that is all accurate, of course --but the point being, anarchy, or -ism, is democracy driven underground by authoritarianism which is oligarchy --my first learning in the 2000s was lewis mumfords Technics and Civilization, which states just that ...See More

  • John Bessa lewis mumford was a great NY city planner (the only good one) and a technology archologist, study of info goes backwards, not forwards, the forward path will be a continuation of WWII, WWIII will be another gene war as nazism is everywhere, it is the tipping point of fundamental evil
  • Kurt Hill I agree, participatory democracy is the way to go. SDS had that part right, even though the group was fucked up in some other ways. And, of course, I still identify with the Rainbow Tribe, teepees, etc. Probably comes from being part Native American way back when.
  • John Bessa right on bruthah
